Panther for a Day Program

    Panther for a Day is an opportunity for first year admitted students to experience what being a Chapman student is all about.

    Your Panther for a Day visit will include:

    • A 60-minute admitted student walking tour of the campus and residence halls led by a current Chapman student.
    • A complimentary meal with current students and other admitted students in our Randall Dining Commons.
    • The opportunity to sit in on a class. 

    Registering for the Program

    Step 1: Register for the Tour & Lunch
    All registrants start by using the calendar below to schedule the tour & lunch portion of the program. After selecting a date, please follow the steps below for your admitted major.

    Step 2: Request a Class

    Majors Within: Crean College of Health & Behavioral Sciences, Dodge College of Film & Media Arts, Fowler School of Engineering, Pre-Pharmacy (FEAP) and Schmid College of Science & Technology
    Within the Tour & Lunch registration form you will be presented with class options to attend within your admitted school/college. If your academic major coursework options are full for the date of your visit, you will be prompted to follow the directions below to attend a general education course.

    All Other Majors (Including Undeclared)
    Submit the request a class form (provided after registering for the tour/lunch). You can request a class of your choosing - either within your admitted major or an area of interest.   

    Undeclared students interested in attending a STEM class should register to do so within their tour/lunch registration. All other academic interests should use the request a class form (provided after registering for the tour/lunch).

    NOTE: Registration for the Panther for a Day program is limited, and on select days will reach capacity. Please visit our Panther for a Day FAQs page for answers to common questions, including what to do if your visit date is full.
